If a lot of different IP's log on to my acc, will I get banned?

If I have people train my account, lets say, 10 people, and they all get on it from different IP addresses, will I get banned for account sharing?

If no, than about how many different IP log-ins do you think it would take to get banned?

 

Sometimes yes, sometimes not. But, it takes literally 5 minutes to unlocked or recover your account now that Jagex has upgraded their speed so, if you have the information to your account, it really doesn't matter. You can keep unlocking it.

 

More then likely, probably not banned at first, but probably locked. It really depends on how much attention catches Jagex's eye.

 

But if you're constantly having to unlock it, they eventually lengthen your ban

 

Yeah, it will. After my cousin gave me his account, 2 months after using it, it got locked.
Don't let a lot of IP's on your account.

And also, if I got banned couldn't I just say I was using proxies?

 

Depends on the locations, if the IP comes from a different state or country then probably it will get locked. If the IP's come from the same state, there is like a %30 chance that it will get locked.

 

"a lot" is like 3 or so a day. eventually they will sense that something is wrong. it might take up to a week.

 

It's likely that with 10 different IPs your account will be locked. However, you won't be banned.

No you will not get banned, you will however get your account locked. And only the original creation ip will be able to unlock it.

 

If you're changing countries then possibly, but if it's in the same region you could make an argument that you use public wifi zones or something.

 

Your account will probably not be banned, although there is a high possibility of the account being locked. If it is locked you should be able to unlock it pretty simply though. Although if the ip hopping persists it will become harder and harder to unlock the account. Also you will not necesarily be locked just for logging in different IPs but it is more common to be locked due to big change in distance from IP's. Ex California to London in 5 minutes. It will raise flags, although I wouldn't be too worried, it has happened to me and it is quite simple to unlock the account.

 

I'd say it certainly has a higher probability of being banned. However, it seems more likely it would just be locked.

 

I had around 5 people train my obby mauler for me all botting and no ban. I don't think you should care about that tbh.

 

They don't care. I get on my account all the time while at friends house or if I have wifi I will hop on and check my GE stuff and whatever. So no it doesn't really matter.

 

The only thing I see Jagex doing is locking the account and making someone recover it.

 

I got perm banned with just two ips, We kept recovering back and forth.

 

I'd say yes with 10 IP's.

IMO Jagex would only care if it was a mod acc.

 

Those are mostly in the same country, they mostly look for the countries when it's about IPs.

It would be way more likely to be banned for having used an IP in Asia, US, Europe instead of having played on 5 IPs in like.. NY.
