If you have the cash, I used to grab a dwarf multicannon and throw knives at the Ogre Cage.
It's pretty great, good money-ish, but no charms as far as I know.

Try botting at the range guild, do it in short time spans though because apparently it has a high ban rate.

I suggest you cannonball Giant Bats in the Taverley Dungeon. They drop plenty of gold charms, and there is a safe spot where you can sit while your cannon does all the work.

If you want to raise your total as well, Slayer is a great way to train Range and get charms.

A great spot for charms is the shadow warriors in the Legends Guild, they don't hit high so wearing D'hide is perfectly fine. As with any training, I suggest using at least Broad Bolts or Mithril Knives to get any decent EXP/hr.

Earth Warriors are a decent substitute because they don't need a high quest and they aggressive to all combat levels (you can semi-afk them). They are located in the Wilderness part of the Edgeville Dungeon, just north of the deadly red spiders.
