Where's the best place to powertrain (quickest xp/hour) combat?

And what is the xp/hour

armored zombies around 100k ph
dust devils around 50 - 60k ph
daggonoth 80 pk
giant spiders 50k ph
or experiments not shore on the xp rate but i no its decent plus u wont need food hope this helps

Depends what level are you....

What are your stats and what weapons + armors are you using?

 

Armored zombies = high combat only, otherwise you'll get owned.

You also need a few quests done to go there I believe.

 

Armoured zombies or the monkeys at ape atoll.

 

Pest Control/Armoured Zombies/Spiders

 

What combat/armour etc is recommended for Zombies?

 

You could try the living rock caverns, I got a decent xp rate there when I trained there.
