    I WANT AN ACCOUNT WITH AT LEAST 1 method of attack 99 and the rest can be skill 99's

    My process:
    First you give me the username and password so i can make sure i can get on the account and that i am satisfied paying the amount we settle on..
    then i pay you if i am happy with the account and then we will clear the rest up after i have paid you! :D

    Well not to be rude or anything i really doubt anyone would do your method. You should have a OMM look on the account to see if everything is in place. Not you that really sounds like a scam. And your sig makes you sound like a scammer. But i have an account look in my sig.

    yeah use a OMM, and i have a level 132, and a 135 both with 3+ 99's each, and 2k+ total each.

    whats your spending limit?
