and a fire cape on a level 3 is impossible.

Wear a cool, unordinary skillcape, like Agility or Smithing. For a weapon there's always a holiday item

 

tier 6 duellist's cap. nuff said..

 

White phat, 3rd age druidic robes, Staff of light, con cape or farm cape.

Edit: if you're doing blue phat, wear mining or agility cape.

 

You should get Crafting cape tbh it looks cool and as of weapon I have no clue sorry.

Yeah im still missing out on a weapon, maybe a rare or one that just looks cool.

 

For the weapon, you should get a level 3 with rubber chicken.

 

That would be cool, but that's fairly old now, out of my reach.

 

You should use this character for dicing.

Get a rare non-combat skillcape. Like Herblore, Construction, Farming, etc.

 

get 99 construction/herblore/farming, all would be good/quick 99s to get and look epic with !

 

wield a pharos sceptre it's only 1m. No requirements so you could wear on a level 3 and you look BAD ASS.
