RE: Runechips Disputing Improper Report Decision & DNT

    Hello,

I appreciate another staff member taking the time to review this thread, however I feel that any staff member that is being paid by Gambling sites for sponsorship cannot be impartial to this report. The cherry on top is that Techie, Andy, and Hahanerd are also all sponsored by OpDuel. I know it seems crazy but there is a common interest in having a DNT placed on my account. I know it is quite the ask, but as I respectfully request @Sythe or anyone not affiliated with a gambling platform to review this when he has a chance, as it is quite obvious to me that things have not been impartial up to this point.

In the final decision of the report, Andy said:
"@RuneChips has made frequent mention of the sports platform's terms of service, mainly the relevant line: "[Platform] reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager." The main issue with this line specifically is that it allows the sports platform to simply cancel any wager in which they stand to lose, which means Sythe will not uphold this term unless there is a valid reason for the wager to be voided (fraud, etc.). And to be clear, advantage play is not a valid reason for a wager to be voided."

At what point do we stop allowing people to enforce rules? The platform is an independent third party website where the users have agreed to the rules. There was nothing malicious done, there was no selective restricting of bets, a gambler was simply cut off from further play and his bets were cancelled as part of it. Again, the bets were not live when they were cancelled. This is proven by conversations between me and hahanerd.

    Please see the following video:
Vegaspaulyc on Instagram: "The casino pest @brutalchameleon continues to cause controversy @ballysshreveport Should a casino be able to throw you out in the middle of a hand ?"

As you can see in this video, it happens quite often where advantage players are asked to leave a casino. This is one of hundreds of videos/experiences you can find online. I would be happy to share more. In America & most of the world people have the right to refuse service. This experience with hahanerd is just another example of that.

In the final decision on the original report, Andy also said:
"Another claim made by @RuneChips is that there were no bets active when @Hahanerd's ban occurred, however there are no logs that have been provided to support this claim. And from the provided communications between @RuneChips and the sports platform it appears the wagers were already in progress to some degree at the time of the ban, especially since the platform itself appears unaware as to whether it owes or is owed funds. Given the circumstances and lack of evidence/logs provided by @RuneChips and the sports platform it is clear that something dubious has taken place. This is only underscored by the bet spread provided by @Hahanerd, which appears to heavily favor him over the sports platform."

In the response to my initial dispute, Techie says "So far we've seen no dispute that you did cancel the bets but have no proof regarding when the cancellation took place. This is the deciding factor in the report as you both were in disagreement".

Techie, you state that the deciding factor in the report is that I have no proof that cancellation took place, but I actually DO.

I messaged Hahanerd once I was informed. My message to him immediately provides us a timestamp of when the bets were cancelled. I also provided you an image of a text that I received from a platform representative informing me that the bets were cancelled. Again, you stating that we don't know when the bets were cancelled is a clear misstatement of the facts.

To me the lack of due diligence into Hahanerd's claims raises a lot of suspicion, as we do have a clear time stamp of when the bets were cancelled. Now the question is what were the bets in place? Hahanerd posted a picture of a bet spread in the thread was deleted immediately but I was luckily able to see it. Please see the following link: Screenshot - 0d88bb2e29795704f4e00b6955feceb0 - Gyazo.

These are the bets that Hahanerd supposedly had placed. Andy highlights the bet spreads provided by Hahanerd, and says that " the sports platform it is clear that something dubious has taken place. This is only underscored by the bet spread provided by @Hahanerd, which appears to heavily favor him over the sports platform."

The bet spread provided by Hahanerd which was used as a damning piece of evidence against me is something that Hahanerd made in google spreads. Is that reasonable? I don't think so.

Hello. This is being denied under the same reason as the previous dispute. Please refrain from posting again.
