Way to take membership off of hacked acc?

I had an account and it was hacked today and it has 1 month recurring membership from my mother's credit card... My endless attempts to recover it back have been unsuccessful. Is there any way to cancel this so that hacker doesn't have unlimited membership? (If not I'm SCREWED.) Thanks in advance.

 

Ask your Mother to ring her bank, and cancel the direct debit for the account (Will be marked under Jagex LTD.)

 

Option 2.

 

You can also dispute the payments you've done on that account with your credit card so the hacker will be in negative membership credits in that account.

 

And lock the account until it pays?

 

If you get your Mother to call yer Bank up, You can cancle the accounts membership and get the account banned/locked by Jagex.

Tell her to say she never made this payment.

 

You dont have to call your cc company or bank. There's an option on the account management of runescape to manage your membership. You can then enter your cc number and it'll take you to all the linked accounts, where you can cancel the membership.

 

Yes, but that will cancel from anymore payments going through. I think it would be much better to dispute the money, this way victim gets back a little money and screws the hacker over by giving it negative credit. He/she then wont be able to enjoy a stolen account unless they paid the amount to remove the negative credit which I doubt they would.

 

Like everyone says just call the bank and return the cash you paid for your membership. That way the account would get on negative credit and the other guy would have to pay for the account. Was it a good account?
