Matthew gets tons and tons of garbage pms, chances are he might have overlooked a PM or deleted with a group of others. Just be patient with him and send it nicely again.

 

Ultimately, that's Sythe's decision. If he decides he trusts us enough with that kind of power (essentially enough to delete the site) then so be it. But for now you'll have to wait it out.

 

He could give access to only some parts of the site such as, http://img.sythe.org/ranks/donation_user/

 

Ther isn't enough UI's needing implemented for multiple people to have to do it. Sometimes in life things slip through and take a bit longer, its a fact of life...

 

Well Id just like to say that the staff who are doing their jobs are exceeding expectations and doing a great job at keeping sythe in great condition. However, I have noticed that some of the staff (not going to state names for the sake of drama) do close to nothing around the site. I understand that some may be involved in more of the behind the scenes action but at times its quite obvious that certain members of the staff are not contributing enough to sythe.

 

Please do not make a post like this if you're unwilling to give names. This does nothing at all to help us.

Never see Dalpra
Seen Louis twice.

They could be doing things behind the scenes or away, not sure.

 

Is Dalpra excused? If not, he seems inactive.

He should be gone soon tbh, I haven't seen him in ages.

 

Looking down at currently active people viewing this thread, Dalpra's name is back to white.
So I guess they got demoted.

 

Dalpra was demoted for inactivity....

Strange considering my activity has been at it's best for a couple of months running.

 

Was told by "Lyt" after I posted that it was because I usually sleep when you're online. So I apologize.

 

CSkiffingt1 - I know you are busy irl, but you still have been doing a good job answering a few of my reports.
Determinate - I see you doing a lot of reports including a bunch of mine. Great work, good promotion.
Louis - Gets to a good amount of my reports / reports in general. I don't notice you as much due to the timezone difference.
Pokemoners - Wish I talked to you more, you intrigue me for some reason. (in a good way). You get to my reports quick and I notice you doing them often. Good work.
Sacro - Good job running irc lately, I love getting to talk to you. You are really awesome
RsProd - Great job with guides section and the OGV section. Great work. You get around to report a lot as well.
Wulfspade1 - Great job all around as I mentioned before, quick on reports, disputes, and scam reports. Great job.




Clashfan - You have been doing a good job in disputes, nice to talk to you every once in awhile in irc.
Farcast - Glad you were promoted, I've noticed you getting to a lot of reports and you are a really nice and cool guy to talk to.
FireZ - Does an outstanding job with Disputes and scammer reports. Thanks for that. Also been really involved with community things like "Hammered dicing" and the sythe clan.
Giddy - I loves you.
Karl - Hope you have a great trip, you are great person to talk with, active in almost every aspect that you guys work on. <3
n4n0 - Wish I talked to you more / saw you in irc more often. You are almost always first to get to my reports in the Community section. Good job.
Plznate - Been away a lot recently, but while you are here you have done a great job with OGV and guide section in general. I also see you in disputes.


Finn - Always nice talking to you, the most active admin, always participating and getting to know everyone. I love the irc games you do and how often you participate in the community in general. Great work finn
Giverny - I know you have been really busy IRL lately, but whenever you are active it is always nice to see / have you around.
Matthew - Good job handling all of the donations and dealing with the perks for the higher level donators.
Govind - Nice to talk to, see you around pretty often.
Sythe - Glad you got all of the problems with the server straightened out (ex. the fire) and dealing with people trying to ddos the site.
