So how can I know for sure that the account won't be recovered once I pay? I'll definitely buy it, but there has been a lot of problems with people recovering their accs after selling them.

well what i do is give you the recovery information + you will link your email to the account to easily recover it through email...

Ok, but, Jagex looks at the earliest information in an account appeal. If the email/recovery questions are less than a few months old, chances are they are worthless in a recovery appeal.
By far the most important part of an appeal is that it was filed from the original computer that it was played on. If I do not have access to this appeal, it may be several months before i'll be able to recover the account.

That is why it doesn't feel safe....What to do...
