Juat Ban - Pretty Unjustified.

I was banned on July 27th for 4 days until July 31st for "Warez"

I had produced a thread with intent to sell DVD's for PayPal or RSGP

BUT I never took any business, any contacts, provided any links to torrents/downloads and was merely asking for suggestions. The first reply I received, informed me I should delete my thread.

Overnight I received my 4 day ban, I swiftly sent a message to the web master stating that I was sorry and was un-aware of this Warez rule, and that after my 4 day ban had passed for my thread to be deleted and I would be on my way with my 4 other legit business ideas.

Sadly for no stated reason my ban was escalated to forever...

All I am asking for is the reasoning behind moving to a forever ban even after I apologized and asked for my thread to be deleted.

It makes no sense to me of course how scammers may return at MODs disgression but my minor blip is valid of a permanent ban.

Thanks in advance for your proper reasoning behind moving my ban from 4 days to forever.

When section mods ban someone, they use an infraction that bans for 5 days. These bans are then made permanent by a global before expiring. I'll unban you because you shouldn't have been permanently banned for that.

Scammers aren't allowed to return at mod discretion, just so you know.
