This will be the table of contents for the guides I'm posting here.
This is the only thread i'll be bumping daily.

All of these guides have come from a website I've read and the guides helped me a lot. PM me if you're interested in the website link.

Feel free to post any suggestions on guides that I should post, or any suggestions on to edit the guides. Remember these aren't originally my guides.

I think what I'm going to do is request the threads I make to be locked so they can't be bumped and only this one can.

 

I would like to create a muscled body in Some time.
I have haltars.
Can you find a guide about this?? Thank you!

I think he wants to know the way to get fast a muscled body.
If you could write a guide about that, but i'd say, google is you're friend.

 

Great initiative, Lym. Although these guides are appropriate for this section, I still wish the Guides section were to return.

Anyway..
Good job posting these Lym, but I my personal opinion, guides for personal support aren't really useful unless they give a wide variety of choices.
Pretty much 80%+ of my posts have been in personal support and I've helped a lot of people in the past. What I've noticed is that not everybody responds to the same thing.

For example I'll tell one person to jump left and it'll work great for them, but for another person I'd have to tell them to jump right.
Get what I mean?

I'm adding more guides as time goes on. Keeping an eye on what people ask help for the most.

Also, I will be adding on to guides as time goes on. It's always helpful to see feedback on the threads.
