First things first, the title is a little confusing, basically im looking for an account with these stats:

Attack: 60
Strength: 85+ (I dont mind skilling it to 99)
Defence: 40-45 (You need that for Lunar Diplomacy (for Lunars))
Range: 60+ (would be nice, not needed though)
Prayer: 45+
Magic: 95+ (so i can do Veng Group)

Must include Dragon Claws, or the price will drop (will discuss on MSN)

Thats about it, I want to pay around 50-70m OR around $40 (Depends which i can get first)
