TWC Ban

Hello, Sythe staff, it's a pleasure to connect with you. I'd like to know how to remove my TWC. I'm on the PC I use most of the time and it's my usual IP. I'm sure I left the VPN I sometimes use on and accidentally logged in. That's probably why I got banned. I'd like to remove it so I can start donating and improve my profile.

 

Bro, is there no other way? Be careful, my internet provider doesn't issue invoices so detailed that they show my IP addresses or anything like that. I've already asked them and they say no. Well, that's because we're a little behind here in my country, I suppose, with that. But there must be another way because if not, how do I do it? If I'm publishing from my computer and I'm connected by cable, I don't use any kind of proxy or anything like that.
What I do know is that I've already had problems with this type of thing, with some games, since they seem to share IP addresses and don't even offer me a static one even though I've requested it. Sometimes I can't even play OSRS, I have to log in with a VPN lol

 

This is the bill from the internet provider, it is not in my name because I live in a residence, the name that is on it is that of my cousin who is the owner of all this space :l and I would like to know why I also have the account open on my cell phone, should I follow the same protocol?

Okay, friend, I give up. I don't think I know what to do with this anymore. I'll use this IP address then; it's my cell phone with mobile data. Will that work so I don't have to keep using that TWC badge? :/

 

I called my internet provider's support and they just told me they only offer dynamic IP services or something like that. I really don't know what to do anymore. Can I send a photo of my driver's license or ID? I was reading that it might help...
