    i was reading on this thread http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=149307&page=2 , i just want to know what he meant by safe banking

    also if i had a unverified paypal whts my receiving and sending limit, and say for example someone sent me 600$ will the unverified account get locked?

    He means that you have to make a fake paypal account for RWT (real world trading). The safe banking is he going to explain. It is how to get that money from your fake account without a added bank to your bank ;)

    so you make a fake pp then transfer wht uve sold on the fake paypal to your real one ?

    Basically to avoid chargebacks.

    So you'd transfer the money from your fake account to your real one, and finally transfer that amount into your bank account I presume.

    I' pretty sure that if one payment gets chargebacked, all the places it has gone to gets chargebacked as well.

    Well if you get a charge back for virtual goods you really can't do anything. The buyer wins all the time because you cannot prove that you deliverd the item :(. Thats how i am now in a paypal limit and got $560 negative state.

    wow! do you know how to do safebanking ? or do you know if unverified accounts on paypal really gets locked if after receiving payments?

    Not necessarily - I know people who use unverified paypals who send thousands in one transaction.

    It depends on your paypal history.

    I assume you're aware that most often, they just pick names out of a hat on who they freeze accounts/their decisions with certain payments

    No idea. However yeah if you receive large amounts of money on paypal, the account is usually lost.
