Recovery Responsibility / Warranty

All accounts are sold with a limited 12-hour warranty period from the time of delivery.

This warranty ONLY covers:
• Bans that existed prior to purchase
• Locks that existed prior to purchase
• Major account issues, such as the wrong account being sent or email access being blocked

The buyer must report any issue within the 12-hour warranty period. To speed up the process, please @ me on Sythe and/or message me on Discord.

If a valid issue is reported within the warranty period and I am offline/unavailable for more than 48 hours, I will still be responsible for responding and reviewing the issue. If the issue is confirmed to be valid and cannot be resolved, a full refund will be provided through the original payment platform used.

This warranty DOES NOT cover:
• Buyer actions after delivery
• Macroing/botting offences after delivery
• Jagex Account/Jagex Launcher issues after transfer
• Hijacks caused by poor security
• Incorrect imports/linking
• User mistakes
• Account changes made after delivery
• Recovery issues caused after the buyer secures the account
• Any issue occurring after the buyer has received and secured the account

Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the sale, all sales are final after the 12-hour warranty period expires.

I will never intentionally recover, reclaim, or access a sold account after sale.
