Explanation : Hello i was a worker in swift services so far and completed more than 60+ orders there and didn't do anything wrong but after a while there was a lot of problems with him because of cash out he is always late and he is doing cashout hardley and all workers complaining about this so i got enough of this and decided that i will leave the server so he removed the role from me and added my deposit to my wallet saying that i will take my money within 14 days as per his rules i said okay , but 2 days after this i found out that he banned me from the server and pmed him he isn't replying on me and i know he is active so i want to get my 500m deposit back please screenshot of my deposit : imgur.com

When Baki accepted the rules (see attached screenshots), he then paid the deposit.

The rules are clearly stated — specifically, Rule #22 and Rule #28 — as shown in the screenshots taken from the Workers Rules channel.

Additionally, when you join the server, the main channel clearly displays that you must accept the Terms of Service before proceeding.

After speaking with several clients who had previously worked with us, I found that Baki directly messaged them and made private deals through another server. He knew these clients came from me — I had completed over 20 jobs for that same client on my server.

For reference, his username on the server was Baki t.

I reported this issue, but have not yet received a response. Meanwhile, Baki convinced that same client to move to another server — something that has happened several times before.

It’s also worth noting that Baki, Stylesh, Kabo, and Hamada are friends in real life, and Stylesh was originally brought to my server through my efforts.
There is proof of this and more evidence showing that they took my clients to another server to get work there. ❤️

How am I wrong when you were working on my server, and then I found out you messaged a client privately to make a deal on another server — even though the client knew you through my place and from the orders you took here?
Being polite means when you leave a place, you also leave the clients you worked with there. I’m not paying for donations and sponsorships just for you to take jobs here and then start making private deals.

Clients place orders on my server, and more than 15 jobs were handled by Baki. He thinks it’s normal to take clients away from me.
I worked hard and paid to get these clients, but the workers took them privately and sent them elsewhere. Then they claimed the client wanted that, which is completely unfair.

because Baki said a word to him and cried to him because he lost the deposit and how much it hurt him

2- How did I find out that he talked to my clients in private and took them to another server?

The reason is clear — the client there, in that server, told me himself that Baki sent him.

3- You're saying that the fact the client admitted he sent him another server isn’t proof!?

How is that not proof when it’s the same client who caused this report — and I believe I already showed you his UID.

1. Now the whole truth is completely clear in front of you, and I just wanted to make it clear that the 500m isn’t about the money or the amount — for a big name like Swift Server, that’s barely less than 3 hours of work for us. But since he made a mistake, there has to be punishment, and I think all the reasons are obvious in front of you: Why did the client MrShadowNL block me right after that report — after he told me himself that he actually sent him to another server (which I’ve already shown). Why is a client like Jez also there, with the same common factor being Baki. I don’t care about the money, but what he did was wrong and broke our rules, and action had to be taken against him.
