My perfect server would be ....

- Low EXP Server
- Hard to get items
- No Shops ( Except normal ones, like GENERAL STORE )
- Hard to get money
- 10+ Online
- Don't have to donate for everything

MenaceScape would fit none of your needs, but it is actually a great server. It was down for a while, but the owner decided to get it goin' again

You might want to check SoulSplit. It has Dungeoneering, Summoning, a lot of people online etc.
In the top 10 of the top list.

True, true. You might want to look through the top 10 on toplists, as they generally are the most fun [hence the amount of votes, a lot of people play them].

 

I tried them all the only ones I enjoyed were near reality and soul split.. :/ and they both are high exp... Do you know a really good hybriding server?

 

Try rs2007.net ! It's EXACTLY like old rs except it has 2xp rates.. so instead of getting 4xp per hit like original runescape you only get 8.. That way you don't get 20 strength in 1 hit.. you don't even get 2 for that matter. lol There's 100+ online already and they JUST released it 2 days ago..

 

that server is shit the owner has no clue what he is doing and he does not give a shit about the community i was following it and really exited about it but unfortunately it failed epically.rs-reborn.com will be good when it comes out

 

I couldn't really get into it because 2xp is kind of extreme. =\ I might as well go play the real runescape and actually get paid to no life levels. I think it should be at least 4x or 5x.

I didn't get a chance to get involved in the community bcuz 2xp turned me off. But how did it fail?

the owner kept people in the dark all the time never kept updated on what was going on he was paying others to program for him and fix his bugs, there were a insane amount of bugs on server (as in you cant open doors, noclipping, etc) not to mention you couldn't even play because server was down and a 17 page thread was started where people were asking questions and trying to get answers and the owner just came in and closed it with no response and ip banned us

 

RovaScape isn't bad, got a really good lootshare system on it, good for bossing and slayer and stuff, also really good for PvP with veng, turm, SS and loads more
