What is western union? Is this something for Americans only?

I have paypal and not many people use this, why?

Paypal is not used with untrusted users because of chargebacks. Whereas Western union there is no chance of a charge back. and the 250 pounds which = 408 us would get you about 800mil roughly.

Western Union is very easy to use for the buyer you take the money with the infomation the seller provides you to your local W/U agent and fill out the forum and give them the money. Then in turn they give you a code to give to the seller who then picks up the cash and gives you your rsgp.

To safely trade always ask for a pm. I highly suggest using a trusted middleman for your first few trades until you learn the in/outs of the black market. Always screen your trades and msn convos.

The other alternatives I am not sure on. As I have no experience with them. But the ones that I have heard of are Moneybookers, Player auctions, Money pack.

you can use paypal via playerauctions just to avoid scams

 

Western union is a service anyone can use at any time, you dont even need to make an account, making an account is only useful to send money online.

Just watch out for people asking to see the gp on teamviewer, watch out for imposters, ask for PM's from the person on sythe with the email there talking to you on MSN. Check for vouches, a good amount of them from credible users.

 

People don't use PayPal because of chargebacks.
