    Swimming is better:

    - Cooler Temperatures
    - Use all body parts
    - Sweat washes off immediately

I find swimming more relaxed and enjoyable, whilst providing a good full body work out.

Both are good. But I mostly preferred swimming on jogging.Pools are really a large part of your delight and they offer a cooling ambience wherein you can refresh yourself and get rid of irksomeness.

    Swimming Vs Jogging?

Losing weight and burning calories Running is always the answer. Swimming is great because you use all muscle parts but not as effective for weight loss.

It depends what you are going for really. If you want arm endurance, swimming > jogging for sure.

    Swimming Vs Jogging?

Swimming is better overall if you're looking to build muscle and get in shape. Swimming works every muscle in your body, whereas jogging only works your legs and lower abdomen.

    Swimming Vs Jogging?

Jogging works your whole body, arms and chest get involved from the swinging movement to increase your pace. If you're sitting on a recumbent bike, then no. But actually jogging on a street, then yes, you get a full body workout.

Of course, you can't being doing a slow walk/jog, has to be brisk.

    Same for swimming.

Cycling is quite effective for losing weight. Swimming is definitely more use for building muscle rather than weight loss, though.

    Swimming Vs Jogging?

It does, but very little. If you're trying to build muscle in your upper body, then jogging is not what you want to do. Your body breaks down more fat when you're running, but it also breaks down more muscle than swimming does. You don't really see any big marathon runners, but sprinters are quite large because they focus more on strength than endurance. If you're actually looking to build and tone muscle, then it's good to carry some kind of weights when you're running.

    Swimming Vs Jogging?

personally, I have been on the swim team and the cross country team. Swimming helps burn a lot of calories but also it makes you very hungry after the work out. I think it overall benefits your entire body but make sure not to pig out after the swim. Cross country/ jogging helped me lose weight but I feel my muscles were also slowly dissapearing compared to when I worked out in the gym. So if you are trying to lose the most weight, try jogging. If you want to improve overall stamina and physique, try some swimming.

    Swimming Vs Jogging?

Both are the good cardio exercises for the fitness.
You should focus more on jogging.
It is more effective and more recommended exercise for the fitness and health improvement and you can do it easily and at any time.
