Bonus xp weekend

Anyone merching anything in anticipation of a possible bonus xp weekend? Might go with snapdragon unfs as they just bottomed out, good idea?

 

How long has it been?

4+ months?

I haven't looked at those pots in a long time so who knows.

Herblore is usually a good skill to merch when bonus exp weekends come along.

As well as shards and pouches.

 

Unless it was recently posted on the runescape website, I doubt there will be another XP weekend. They would have done one by now if they were planning on continuing them. They were not that great imo, but if there was another one I would probably bot every skill on multiple accounts. Especially dungeoneering.

 

Herb prices have bumped up a TON it seems. Many are selling for ~1k over mid price.

 

The last 2 weren't that close together, I wouldn't doubt they will [eventually] do one again, but who knows how long that could take.

It's a good incentive for people to go P2P, even if it is just for a month. It worked on my staker, it drove me to get P2P on it weeks earlier than I planned.

Who knows how long it will take for an investment like that to go up, especially if you are waiting for BXPW. While waiting for that, today's "rock bottom price" could become the peak.

 

i doubt that they will do it again.. to many people botted and they caught tonnes of rtwers trying to buy gp for items

 

i saw a thread on rs forums that there will be a bonus xp weekend in september cuz they happen each 6 months and even mod mark commented saying that he will train prayer so ye there will be one

Double xp weekends are every 6 months. Herblore materials are good choice to merch

 

Herbs are bottoming out because sorcerous gardern is being mass botted, there are 50~ bots in most worlds.. But they'll rise if there is a x2 weekend, If not it'll keep droping

 

I doubt they'll keep dropping.. More and more bots are banned every day... although some are added aswell, sorceress garden's income is kind of shrinking away... so I assume less people will be botting it....Until it becomes good profit again.. and then the bots come back, and blah blah blah.. I don't know why I'm still typing, but I feel like I should make this a semi-long post for some reason. I win.

 

This would be high risk merching... I'm not gonna try it.

 

^^ why not just invest a mill or two, and then just dump when the times comes.. Could easily 3m+ with minimal risk.

 

Bonus EXP weekends occur 6 months apart of each other. The last one was in March, so you can only expect one this September.

You don't get anywhere, if you're not prepare to risk something.
I'd invest heavily in herbs in anticipation for the double xp weekend.
When I mean heavily, I don't mean 2bil in guams. Do some market research, try and find out the best xp/gp [with reasonble xp].

I'd also expect it to be September.

 

Saw this too, I feel like jagex will do another bxp because they want the kids who are going back to school to pay for 1 more month of members

 

Double exp weekend will most likely be in September.
I have no idea what i'm going to train though. Probably agility or RC.

 

There will be a new bonus EXP weekend.
What i do for then, i'll merch some stuff, and prepare myself by farming alot of herbs.

 

In a way any buyable skill has a potential to make profit. I think a lot of people are starting to buy them out so you sould hurry up.
A lot of people do herb, but fm, smith, construction are common too.
Don't make the mistake of buying bones.
