Need Help

I downloaded minecraft and it won't open I've tried everything i can think of.
It's not just minecraft, nothing I download will open...

Please help

When this happens to me, I usually just restart my computer and that works for me.

 

Don't have an idea, try just playing it in your browser. It's what i do.
