F2p magic training help

so I'm currently 55 magic on my mage tank, I was wondering are there any other fast ways to train magic on f2p besides alching? i did fire bolt splashing for awhile but that's only 22k xp an hour. I'm look for a Legit way to train magic no bots.(so don't suggest using a gatestone bot) Also how do I train my defense up with 1attack and 1str?

 

Why don't you just do gate stoning legitimately?

Yes but it's free and good xp and your options are limited in f2p. Or you could just bot it since no one has been banned doing it..

 

You can do superheating legit in F2P. Smelt steel bars for minimum loss.

For training defense, use magic with the defense XP on. Just use the highest level combat spell you can use.

 

Umm, i think curse alching is good xp also Or then superheating!

 

Superheat for f2p with steel bars, you make little profit..

Also for training defence at 1 attack and strength, i just camped fally chickens.. didn't actually take that long.. Thats how i got 40 defence on my f2p tank
