    What is your daily work-out routine?

    80 push ups & 80 abdominals. It works for me and not much effort needed.

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    I do a day of heavy upper body (biceps, chest, shoulders etc) then next day I work on legs with a little bit of upper. Both days I fit in core and ab work outs. Plus I usually walk a good amount every day.

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    Mon - Biceps & Triceps
    Tues - Cardio & Abs
    Wed - Chest & Back
    Thurs - Cardio
    Friday - Shoulders & Abs
    Sat - Cardio
    Sun - Cardio

    Sometimes I'll skip the cardio in the weekends lol, but I've been working out for over 4 years now and I've just been switching up my routine every now & then. Currently this is my workout routine.

    I dont do gym, i do football regularly and pushups every now an then :p

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    go to workout at like 3 pm for about an hr or to, I follow the routine in bodybuilding.com

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    every morning at 9:30 i go to a boxing/kickboxing/conditioning class for an hour
    and afterwards do 30 minutes of my own workouts at the gym in it
    average like 150 pushups
    25 crunches
    25 toe touches
    25 jack knives
    so on :]

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    I probably do between 150-200 pushups a day and run 8-10 miles every afternoon in preparation for running Division 1 Cross Country this fall
