    Bl0w Ranq is a scammer.
    He add's you on msn doesn't have his msn post on his thread. He says world3 lumby takes the 12m for the account upgrade then logs out of the msn account and blocks you and then logs into his other msn account and says its an imposter. I have proof I look at my IP logs on commviewer and they were the same IP address for the different msn accounts.

    Smart scam you got my 12m, but I got your IP dumb bitch ^_^



    He also scammed another player that sent me an IM on msn doing the same tactic
