Account rollback & Wealth Halved [BUT]

Ok so i know that your account "can" and usually does gets stat rolled back and wealth taken away, BUT this is the bit i dont understand, they clearly state they will take what your earned from botting.

The account was a Str pure i wasnt using much, but i decided to quit with my main account and just use the str pure, i xfered 50m in cash to my now main account, got my stats up to 70 str 60 attack and made that account a member, i decided to start botting wc [my main account already has 99 wc that wasent botted]

I made roughly 2.5m from botting on the pure, i was doing it for less then 4 days, and when my 14 day ban was up i logged in and to my suprise i had 17m but all my items where there [d axe and other stuff] which when sold makes it a total of 25m cash [including the 17m cash] so thats more then half my wealth taken.

BUT that wealth wasnt from botting that was years of actually playing the game on my main account who has been a member for more then 4 years..

They have made a fucked up decision taking away my non botted wealth, and there is no way of contacting them or telling them they fucked up...

I dont mind them halving my levels and taking the botted wealth, but turning 50m cash into 17m cash is just OTT.

Any one agree?

Especially when its actually GP that you worked for
it really sucks. Just like IRL you steal something and

Quit complaining ffs. You know the risks when you turn on your bot. You're lucky they didn't permanently ban you and then you'd lose all of your cash; like what happened to me.

They halve all gp/levels. It doesnt matter if it's botted or not.

However, when you bot, you really should be aware that there will be consequences should you be caught. You can't really say to Jagex, ' I only made a couple mil botting, could you not just take that? The rest Is legit!'

I support your reasoning, but since you're breaking their terms, they have every right to do that. For all they know, you could've made all that money from multiple accounts botting, and just transferred it onto that one.

 

I'm sorry, I lol'd in real life after reading that part. You botted, you broke their rules, and now you're complaining because they maybe didn't stick to their normal punishment routine? Really? They didn't mess anything up, they fully intended to do what they did to your account.

You got caught.
You got punished.

When Panic's main got rolled back they took a blue partyhat, a divine, and over 1b Cashstack, he obviously didn't make all that from botting.

Jagex does whatever the fuck they want to whoever they please. Nothing you can do but deal with it.

 

You got lucky to keep any of the wealth they usually clean the account

 

Transfering money like you did was against the rules too.. They had every right to take it or more. I am not saying I agree with it, but it is a risk you take when you don't follow the rules, Jagex wouldn't have any sympathy even if you could contact them.

 

You got caught breaking the rules, and were given a temporary ban rather than losing everything, and you're mad at them?

 

What grounds do you have to complain?

A few months ago, you'd have been perm-banned. I don't know why their doing this stupid rollback stuff anyways.

 

Im scared as hell right now lol im being unbanned tomorrow around 11am. It was my first ban so i'll tell you guys what happens to me. *FINGERS CROSSED*

 

thats why when bottin it is wise to remove large amounts of wealth off the account just in case

also say the only welath u had in your bank was a phat and they halved ur wealth wat are u left with half a phat lol

 

As with all of us, you knew the risks when you started botting. Look on the bright side, it will only take 3 days to bot your wealth back.

 

I was rolled on an account with a green, it seems only stackable items are affected.

 

Just be happy they started doing temp bans for macroing, I had an account banned back in 2004 that had multiple rares that would be worth billions today.

So you want to contact jagex because they took more than your botted wealth lol. Just be happy you kept the account.

 

You broke their rules and expect them to treat you with a fairness that you didn't give to them - immature and hypocritical to be honest.
