my question: how can I stop my self from getting cleaned?

You could store away cash and start dueling with a set amount of RSGP.
e.g Make 10 mill, store away some gold, duel again with set amount of gold

I usually do that with dicing and it's been pretty well .

 

Alright, so you made 16m to 690m in a day? So limit yourself to say 16m per day. You lose it, you try again tommorow, you get past 500m, bank it and restart with 16m until you lose it.

i agree. just set urself a number and dont go below that. like save 300 of that 690 and just use the rest to stake and if u lose the 390 then u still have the 300. then just make some more money to stake with just try not to use what u saved

 

Set your self a limit each day, say, 10m.

Then put the rest of the money on a mule account so that getting the money will be a hassle.

Also, make sure the mule is a f2p and is the farthest place possible from your main so you don't feel the urge to quickly log in and xfer it.
