These are the most ideal stats for a hadn cannon pure:
99 Range
45 Defence ( You can use zerker / ranger helm and Void)
94 Magic (Vengeance / Ice Barrage)
1-70 Attack (Just because it won't effect your Combat)
69-79 Strength (Just because it won't effect your Combat)
99 Hitpoints
52 Prayer (Smite)
80-99 Firemaking (Super cheap and helps a bunch with your Hand-Cannon)

dont get 45 defence on a hc pure.

Stay 50 attack, 27-42 (void, venge, or 40 for just venge) defence. Use mauls in dung if you want to get a ccb/staff

Also, 44 pray, or 52. DONT GET RIGOUR.

trust me, i got rigour on my 42 def 99 range hc pure, not worth it. stay 44 and pk in high risk


imo, ideal stats:
low lv
50/70/27, 60 const.
26 pray, 82 range/mage, 67 combat.

burst/tb with pots

or 50/90/40 with 94range/mage, 44 pray, 70 const.
this means youd be 78 combat.


Also, get / bot disruption shield / 90+ fm first. dshield owns for high risk, as you never die from rushes

to start pk i would be...

ATT- 60
STR- 70
DEF- 1
RNG- 80
MGE- 82
PRY- 44 / ... why not rig?

 

Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf - 61 Hunter, 61 Firemaking, and 69 Strength
Between a Rock... - At least level 30 Defense, 40 Mining, 50 Smithing
Forgettable Tale of a Drunken Dwarf - 17 Farming and 22 Cooking
The Giant Dwarf - 12 Crafting 16 Firemaking 33 Magic 14 Thieving
Fishing Contest - 10 fishing
Knight's Sword (Optional) - 10 mining

Hmm. Why is the knight's sword optional? what does it involve?
also, fastest way to 50 smithing? Can you give me sub quest needed to?

 

knights sword is just for easy smithing xp ( you get like 13k..) after you do the quest just smelt steel bars at alkharid.

And those are all the quests, some of those quests are prequests for each other. if that makes sense to you! anything else?
