    Scammed via PlayerAuctions

Update: Thanks to the help of people who posted in this thread, I was able to settle the dispute, with PlayerAuctions giving me what's rightfully mine. To anyone who ever wants to trade by using PlayerAuctions, I highly recommend it! It's a flawless website, with amazing customer support. Thanks again, everyone.

Recently, I was scammed 141M via PlayerAuctions. 141M was ordered, and after I delivered the money, they filed a dispute to cancel the payment.

After challenging the dispute, the other person had it escallated to the Disputes council. The status of the order is currently "Dispute Pending Seller Evidence".

When I click on the order it says "You must submit delivery evidence to PlayerAuctions within 48 hours after the order was escalated to the PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee."

I have VIDEO evidence and screenshots to send in the PlayerAuctions, yet I have no way of contacting them. They haven't given me any link to press where I can upload the video/screenshot, nor have they given me any other contact details, like an email.

For ANYONE who has experience on the matter, please tell me in this thread how to send delivery evidence to PlayerAuctions. Please do not post unless you absolutely know.

Here's the report a scammer link, for anyone who is interested in how the trade went down. http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1187512

Thanks, I need help ASAP :)

That's the e-mail you send proof/questions to. They reply, and it's not by machine. Good luck man!

Alright, I sent the delivery evidence to that email as two attached screenshots (.png) and an attached video (.wmv).

All the attachments came together to be ~3.0 mb, which isn't too large.

Just wondering, did I do it right? Should I have sent them links instead of attachments?

Attachments are just fine. In fact, they encourage attachments instead of links.

It's been several hours since I sent my evidence as attachments to [email protected].

Still no response. I'm getting a bit worried now.

This happened to me, I was contacted by another msn, and told on this msn to trade to another account.
I originally thought I'd made a mistake but after realising that only the buyer/seller can see when they ordered happen, i uploaded evidence of the trade taking place and the person's msn. I recieved the full amount.

I'm 100% sure you'll recieve the full settlement, espicially with video evidence.

I'd just like to tell everybody that PlayerAuctions is a BRILLIANT website. Purely flawless, amazing customer support! After reviewing the evidence, they favoured my side (the seller), and rightfully so, as I would've been out of pocket 70 bucks.

"The PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee has completed its impartial review of the reported dispute and found in favor of the Seller's claim that delivery was fully completed.
141M Gold purchased, 141M Gold is claimed to be delivered."

Thanks everyone on this thread who helped!
