    Althrough its not a Keylogger or a phisher, Or a FUD rat. Because when he uploads to the 0/48 thing, they send the files to the antivirus companies who inspect the folders later on, However it is a waste of time, Its a blank text document and the only writing on it is:

    Its spam at best. And misleading.

    Also when checked with Hexeditor for common values of a crypted server it showed no signs, Just the normal hex code for a notepad file. It is 100% safe but its 100% waste of time.
