[NON NEGOTIABLE] Attack level MUST be 53 MAXIMUN. Must have higher than 60 strength, the strength level must be closed to max for its combat level, not "10 more strength levels before combat rises".

Bonuses would be cool: Quested nearly fully/fully. Adamant gloves. Firecape. No email set (Defo no recovs, or no buy) and veteran/classic cape, also 99 skills would be cool but not nessisary.
