    cant use paypal on playerauction...look please and help.
    They won't let me use more than $200 A month VIA paypal because I can't provide photographic I.D but I can use any other method lol

    Ye had exact same thing yesterday lol!! Im not gonna sent all the info they want just to buy some runescape gold xD I looked around a bit and found better offers without the use of playerauctions ;)

    means your paypal is unverified, pa doesn't technically reduce your ability of charging back, they simply require enough ID and come on hard to those who need to confirm their address/try to scam.
