PayPal question - Bank Account Gifted Payments.

I am aware this may be a repeat question. I have looked through other people's threads but I still have questions of my own that I would like full clarified, so here it goes:

I am worried I am about to be hit, and lose some serious money.

I sold to someone I deemed trusted enough to take direct. However recently, he was Banned, and Now I am almost positive money will be taken from my Paypal account.

I have multiple questions: - However, if you are not at least 90% sure of the answer, do not post otherwise confusion may arise.

1-Can paypal take money Directly from my Bank account if there is 0$ in my Paypal balance?

2-What is the difference between a Dispute, Chargeback, Held Payment?

3-It was a Bank Funded Payment - Sent as a gift, the note did not include Virtual :) - Now, is there any way he can Get his money back? - What exactly happens? I though gifts can not be reversed if Bank funded?

    1. No

    3. He may have a harder time disputing if he sent it as a gift. There is no 100% sure thing that will always happen in that situation.
