This order is a rather confusing one, and requires a lot of trust. I understand that.

I want someone to legitimately get me 55 - 59 Magic by hand, alching. It'll take exactly 1,000 high alchs.

After that, I will go on the account and do the Family Crest quest, getting the gold gauntlets.

Then I want the same person to bot me 99 Magic and 99 Smithing using RSBots.net SuperHeater Pro (no free bots).

The only catch is that I will not supply the materials. The materials to get me 99 in both of the above skills will cost roughly 75m, and then the gold bars made from super heating will sell for around 25m. That means you will have to put 50m into the account, but I am willing to pay you to compensate for that.

I'm willing to pay anywhere between 65 - 80m for this service to be completed.

You will be paid for the materials that you put onto the account. I just don't want to put mine on in case of scammers.

Please note that I have over 70 vouches, some of which show me being trusted with party hats. If you don't trust me, just put a little bit on at a time. I'm willing to have an OMM hold the payment, or you go first.

That would be included in material costs. It'll cost around 50m (you will have to spend 75m on materials, but that creates 25m of items that you can keep) for the materials, so I'm paying you for the materials plus up to 30m for your time depending on how good of a job you do, or how fast you are.

Oh, and I know how to do it, I just don't really want to.
