Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
The DNT was issued after I paid my debts to SI's owner (700$ in total) on a non-KOS related server because of my personal problems.

I tried to act transparently from the very beginning — informing the owner and asking for his help, where I outlined dates when I can corver the debt, while staying in communication and maintaining accountability.

Despite the issue being off-KOS, and despite full repayment within a few weeks, I was eventually removed from KOS, without clear communication, labeled as a scammer.

A $700 mistake cost me a $5,000 rank(rank's limit being 1b 07, meaning I couldn't take more than 150-170$ at once - rank price being 30x+ my limit price, indicating I was clearly over insured). It quite sad if anyone considers it being balanced.

I find that completely unfair and disproportionate. I made a mistake, which was instantly getting dealt with on a non KOS related server. I resolved it. Still got a DNT after resolving it.

I would also like to ask Sythe's perspective on this, specifically:

What is the actual function of “insurance or safety deposit or rank price” for a host, when it's clearly higher than the rank's cap? If insurance doesnt offer protection in cases like this, then what is the purpose? Why do hosts pay thousands for ranks like this when there are only one sided or subjective decisions?

It looks and feels like Sythe doesn't offer any kind of protection for it's users for buying ranks in discord servers marketed on their forum.

KOS's ranks system and TOS has major problems
There are no protection for hosts at all and its one-sided, protecting owners/KOS and bettors only.

I’ve been here and there on Sythe for over 10 years, with hundreds of trades and a clean record until this incident. I’ve never avoided responsibility, or tried to “get away” with something. The moment I i made a mistake, I took full responsibility for it right away and tried to fix it asap. That should matter.
I’m only here to ask for balanced judgment.

I didn’t scam KOS or any bettors and I resolved the issue with SI's owner in full, no other user/people were involved at all.
I lost $5,000 over an unrelated $700 mistake.

I feel like that’s not proportionate and no protection exists towards hosts/users.

I respectfully ask the staff to reconsider the DNT status and whether KOS’s treatment of this case (and in general with hosts) aligns with Sythe's standards of fairness, because I find losing 5k$ rank over a 700$ mistake quite unbalanced and kinda subjective.
