    Explanation of the trade:

    January 2025
    I took a step back and recruited Chuck as CEO of my Discord server. He decided to share this position with DuelGP, which I allowed. (1)

    Shortly after taking over the server Chuck and DuelGP got cleaned staking players on the Discord, so I lent Chuck for rebuild and he agreed to repay end of month. (2)


    June 2025
    Relationships broke down between CEO (Chuck), developer (Victor) and designer (Izad).

    The server closed for 1 month due to this break down. Debts still outstanding to players and team, I had to step in.

    Investigating the situation and talking with Chuck, he wanted to start again from scratch with a discord bot made with DuelGP. (3)


    July 2025
    Arctic and DuelGP release their first Discord originals together. I noticed they had stolen some graphics Izad had made for our sever.

    I asked them to swap but they refused, we warned them they’d be reported for stealing graphics but was told they would prefer the report. (4)

    After being reported, Chuck + DuelGP agreed to change the images. As an act of good faith,we lent them X2 images that were too ugly for us as a temporary solution. (5)


    October 2025
    They still haven’t made their own images or offered to pay for the lent images, even though they agreed to make their own. (6)


    How they scammed: They didn’t pay back the loan or the stolen images.

    Slick and Dave(DuelGP) run the Arctic Hall bot, so I’d like it if you could kindly tell your workers to change the images since Bobby and Chuck clearly don’t run their own bot. Thanks.
