Some questions on Western Union and Other payment Methods. Please help!

I would like to sell some RSGOLD. But firstly, i would like to clarify some doubts. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

1) Are the RSGP rates in USD? For example when sellers say they are selling for 0.5c/m, is it 0.5USD/M?

2) If i use western union, and the seller gives me 100USD, will i receive 100USD if i am from another country?

3) How safe is Western Union? (I have read all the guides. Just want to know if it is currently still safe to use it)

 

1) Yes cents are US currency.

2) Fairly certain they convert it, if they didn't the Agent would have nothing to give you.

3) Very safe in most cases as theres no way to chargeback.

Western Union ask's for a free when SENDING tho, make sure you discuss who pays that when dealing.

2) WU buys your USD and gives you your local currency. The prices are not so good so you may loose some money here.
3) 100% safe, expensive though. Also once i had an issue because the person sending me put my last name and first name inverted, and the lady wouldn't want to give the money (even though it was clear that it was me). I had to go to another WU. Also, i think you have to be 18+ to use it.

 

I recommed just let the buyer pay
