this guy recieved the 50% payment and has not yet done the service

i gave this 50% (2.5mil) last nite at 8:30pm told me he would be done at 10:30pm. now its the next day 2pm and im pissed if he doesnt finish it today ur getting banned

 

Yeah , said he was having computer problems. I didnt give him a down payment because i am more trusted than he is, he was suppose to do my cape than get payment. He did 5 waves and logged off. lol.
