Looking to buy a steam account with MW2

As the title says, I'm looking to buy one account with MW2, for personal use.

Things to keep in mind;
- Account has to be unverifyed,
- Account has to be VAC clean,
- Account needs to have atleast two weeks not playing time(kinda weird sentence, but you get what I mean),
- I do not care about other games, so I'm not gonna pay more if it has some amazing more games on it worth over $9000,
- I did not recently win the lottery, so I expect fair prices.
