    I think it would be a good idea if there is a serious thread about who you have suspicions on ban-evading and when mods have time, they can IP check the members to see whether they're ban-evading or not.

    Support or no support and why?

    Sounds like a good idea to me. Only problem would be people spamming/flaming causing mods to waste large amounts of time.
