Who inspires you? (Why?)

 

Martin Luther King, Jr. -Major figure in the NAACP. Helped achieve equality for Blacks in the states. He died doing what he believed in.

Ghandi- he achieved so much, without laying a finger on anybody. Same for Martin Luther King Jr.

 

my brother -

in year 10 he was rock bottom (skipping school every day, drinking, doing drugs and vandalising) then he got offered to drop out and take a job so he did. of course he dropped it and then lived a useless life for 6 months until he decided to pick it up and fix it. Now he doesnt do drugs nor vandalise. He still drinks but only on weekends and not as bad as before. He has now had a full time paying job for 3 years now

I've always had this question come out throughout my life. My answer is nobody.

I simply don't get inspired by anybody other than the potential for me like everybody else to flourish. I merely aim high, and act accordingly. Though, I must confess I've recently been working out with my mates to obtain a body similar to that of Zyzz's. So, I guess he would be the inspiration for my physique.

 

My mother! She's so strong and persistent, it makes me strive to be better to make her proud

I never look up to anyone as a role model, I never try to base my actions based on what someone did before because I was inspired by their actions. Just my mentality.

Music inspires me most of all though.

 

I'm with you. It's easy for me to listen to music and have it really instill a mentality into me. Not necessarily like "Oh, they talk about doing coke, I should try that," but if I'm listening to a song about how hard somebody works or about things relative to the world, it's easy for me to take that and internalize it and relate it to my own thoughts.
