How to tell if my account is safe?

Okay, I got hacked, but I changed my email, and I have pending recoverys to be changed, and a pending PIN on my bank. But how do I know if my accounts already safe or not? Do they 100% have to have my email to get my info?

 

Are you the original Owner+live at the same house you created this account?

Or if you bought this account is never 100%safe

 

If your the original owner, your account is MOSTLY safe.

If someone has ANY information on your account it could be potentially dangerous.

If it is NOT your account, and someone (original owner) is trying to recover, then your pretty much SOL. (shit outa luck)

 

You can never be safe if enough people are trying to hack you.

Transfer your wealth left on the account straight away, if you're the original owner you're reasonably safe. the worst the hacker can do is mess around with your stats, and try and get you banned.

If you're not the original owner, you're pretty much fucked.

Tip: set Bank pin to your account. and set new recovery questions,
i guess your acount name and password got catched by hacker.

I got tip for other players: when you are required to input email or password on some forum/ community, be sure they are not same with your runescape information.
