    If you already are using a private static residential proxy on your account, then you could easily give that same proxy to the person carrying out the service.

    are skilling services still safe if they use proxy close to where you live?
    We run OSRS services with VPN of the location of the customer and haven't had any bans in forever. Yes this is still very safe.
