    These are the quests simply REQUIRED to make a sexy 1 Defence Pure. This will get you the following:

    God Book (Zammy Book)

    What exactly is the function of mithril gloves anymore on 1 defence pures seeing as one can simply buy a regen bracelet, which gives a +6 or +7 strength bonus without requirements whatsoever? None, that's why it's useless.

    Mithril gloves are a SHIT TON cheaper and give better attack bonuses, not just strength.

    It would be nice if you could put the stat requirements to do all those quests ... just saying ;) It would make this guide a lot more helpful imo
