What occured: I posted wanting to buy an upgrade, we agreed on doing it partial, and then he would receive the rest after he applied the upgrade. I payed him 8m and he logged off of RS, changed the password of an account I gave him to upgrade, but stayed talking to me on MSN. Then he posted on the thread he had to go and eventually (2 hours later) logged off/blocked me on MSN.

I would either like a refund for the 8m, but would preferably have him permanently banned from the forums.


I know I didn't show me giving him the 8m as my recorder decided not to save the file but I have the rest and isn't him changing the password off an account enough for a perm/IP ban?

 

Please upload to video to another source, preferably YouTube.

 

Next time, don't use videos.... Screenshots are better.
