could any botting be done o this computer?

i usually keep a eye out for cheap computers on cl encase i can get one to bot on i found a dell dimension 2400 for sale and i was thinking about buying it(comes with monitor/keyboard/mouse etc.) if i could lower him down to $50. system specs can be found here he said he put 2 512mb mem cards in it but besides that everything onboard came with pc. i don't know much about computers and was wondering if this computer could be botted on and if so how many at a time? would this be a good investement for $50 if it can run bots?

nexus could possibly be used, but im sure RSBuddy would work, it runs on low specs

 

I'd say yes I currently have the same computer in compaq form[ about to die after 10 years of use lol] it only has 512 and I can run any 1 bot so you can probably run 2 if he upgraded you to to 512's and as long as you have a good bot 1 character should be able to make you your money back in a little over a month even less depending on what you do.

don't really have any great bots will have to start out with something like mining or wc

 

two bots max on that ram id say. im using 2g ram and i can do 5 laggy ones

Yes, you could run 1 bot without lag. You could run a maximum of 2 bots before you start experience lag.

 

You'd be able to run the same as people do on a 1gb vps.

 

for 50 bucks why not get a 2 gb vps from photon? it's around 40 bucks a month and can run 3-4 bots. If you use it to make $ and sell the gp, it'll pay for itself fairly quickly.

 

i bought a vps a while back but had so much trouble with it ended up wasting money

 

You can run 2 bots max for any client on that computer.

It's a waste of money if you ask me though, as the computer won't last long.
