I do not know when was acccount recovered, but i logged in just before name change to check if everything is in order, and i found it reced. And he can't return account to me as he is not original owner ( just found out now )

Also he told me that email was fake before i was paying rsgp, and which clearly wasn't, but i trusted him with real email one.

As he can't return account to me, i demand to get refund, which is 80m ( i paid 10m for membership is well, but that's on me i guess )

Poor trading habits from you left your account insecure, Yaroow tried his best to try and get it recovered and you seemed to have a less than helpful attitude in the whole transcript.

I for one dont think yaroow is liable for this, he wasnt the original owner, and Knowing Yaroow, actually had the decency to contact me about this, he is even saying that if he has to he will have to pay it, however I dont think he should have to.

Like to see more opinions.

 

For the record, exact same issue happened with me and another user (account was recovered, I disclosed all info I had and made sure the buyer knew I was not the original owner before the sale) and I was still forced to reimburse the principal amount.

 

Normally, I would have Yaroow pay back what has been recovered to avoid double standards. But, this user has HORRIBLE trading habits. Yaroow tried his best to recover the account and the user should have asked if he was the original owner. I agree with Karl, I don't think Yaroow should be liable for this.

 

I know that yarrow tried , but still , its not enough, he pmed me like 3 times ~ about selling this name 2 weeks ago before a sale, and he never mentioned that he wasn't original owner.
And he is unable to give me account back. I bought several names from tv, and haven't secured them, because i know they are made on fake email, and won't get recovered. How am i suppost to know that account is going to be recovered ? I don't really expect that

I am kinda pissed off, because someone sniped my another username * crafting * is well, and now this gets recovered.

About me, why would you say i have poor trading habits ? I never have traded you mods, so i am not sure where would you get your opinions from, i never had even ONE report against me.

The thing im not liking about this is how two-faced your being, Yaroow has said that you said you'd add this to your losses, and that Yaroow wasnt liable, yet you continue with this RaSc.

You say that Yaroow isnt doing enough when you wont give him details on helping him recover the account, and you didnt secure the account yourself.

Please provide PM's between Yaroow and you (by reporting them, I'll move em here)/or screenshots of the PMs to prove that Yaroow didnt tell you he was original owner, I'll get him to do the same.

I'm not saying its your fault that you got scammed, but you could have prevented this a bit more and I dont think Yaroow could have done anything to prevent it.

 

You can ask him, and he will confirm it. I never asked if he was original owner, because my intentions to keep account only were for 28 days. And doesn't matter how much you secure your account, you can still recover it with log-in email.

 

How long more do i have to wait for my refund ... ? It's been 5 days now...

While I know that Para didn't take the time to secure the account, I know that the seller is always responsible for the items/accounts he sells.

I personally would never sell an account that I do not originally own, and in the case of a rare name, I would swap it to one of my own accounts before selling.

That being said, based on the facts that Para didn't even attempt to secure the account, and Yarrow is the seller, I think they are both 50% responsible, and therefore my opinion is that Yarrow should be responsible for a 50% refund. Sounds fair to me.

 

Yaroow has decided than rather have us make a decision, he has fronted me the payment to give to x Paranormal x whenever he wishes to PM me regarding accepting it, Yaroow has decided to take leave of sythe for a little while.

So, x Paranormal x, PM me when you wish to get the 80M.
