[Runescape Markets] Prefix Tags or Seperate Buying from Selling

If I'm correct, This forum is using vBulletin. There should be an add-on for what I am suggesting.

Prefix Tags

Instead of having for example

Selling Maxed Main Account

Users will have the option to have

• [Selling]
• [Buying]

So...

[Selling] Maxed Main Account

This could also work with Suffix Tags if people wish to use

• [RSGP]
• [Paypal]
• [WU]

So

[Selling] Maxed Main Account [RSGP] / [Paypal] / [WU]

or a combination.

Or separate the forums into Buying & Selling to make things much more easier.

 

I don't understand how implementing this will make anything easier. Personally I have no problem at all distinguishing between threads of people selling things and threads of people buying things. The simple phrase "buying" or "selling" is more than enough. The way I see it adding these prefix tags would just be extra work to solve something that is not even really a problem. Unless you have a better reason why these tags would be useful it is no support from me.

 

So, you change words for tags. That's not worth doing I guess. If someone types WU, you know it's the same thing as if a tag says WU. Not going to change anything at all.

 

If it can't do any harm, it can only do some good.
I think it'll help people find what they want faster, imo.

 

Well, you always have those people not saying what they want/give in their title. But once you get to trading, you can always ask the seller/buyer anyways.

No support. Even when you take the time to put things like [W/U ONLY] People still ignorantly put "yo dude ill swap you this account for yours" It takes 2 seconds to add what you want to your title. You can also make it part of the OP. If your to ignorant to read the title then why the hell are you even looking in those forums.
