I Fatality I Account recovery.

I have tried to PM I Fatality I personally to resolve this issue as I sent him a message yesterday and he has been active today but has decided to not reply to an important and urgent issue, therefore I believe that this thread is now necessary.

Here are the vouches exchanged to prove I paid for the account;

The issue is that Fatality does not supply any recovery information:

I set recoveries and an email on the account, paid for membership and changed the password multiple times in order to have a small amount of recovery information although it has proved to not be enough with all of my appeals denied.

My email has been removed from the account but my recoveries are still on it. If a Mod would like to pm me I can happily give them the little information I have and they can attempt to recover the account to prove that I cannot.

Sadly I'm not to sure where I stand regarding the issue of account recovery as I know it is a hard situation to prove and deal with. I'm in no way pointing the finger at Fatality as I know he buys the accounts off others and re-sells, I just believe that he should act faster and that this thread can serve as a reference point for myself.

Like I said if any mod would like access to the limited information I have then feel free to pm me.

I have a reply from fatality, he has PM'd you with the new pass. Should you require a refund, he is more then willing to oblige. Please talk it over with him, and let me know the outcome.
