I remember a similar story to this a couple years ago. A teenager and his friend killed his parents or grand parents (can't remember) and then simply ordered a pizza afterwards, ate it and then turned themselves in.

 

First Casey Anthony now this god Florida is full of fuck ups.

That's why I fucking love Australia none of this shit happens.

 

Crazy stuff, the only plea I can see them trying to work is not guilty by reasons of insanity, which would mean he would end up spending 5 years in a mental establishment, being released into general population in as little as 2 years. It is a hard case to prove though and would need previous episodes of mental illness.

I wonder what there grounds for not guilty will be though, unless they are trying to claim that they didn't commit the crime.

 

What a fucked up kid, but I don't agree with death penalty, one it's stupid, two he get's off to easy. Which would be more torturing? Dying, or spending the rest of your life in jail without parole?

I couldn't imagine this... it's hard to wrap my mind around. I love my parents dearly, and I don't think there's really anything they could do to make me murder them with a hammer. The kid obviously shows no remorse, as he parties like nothing happened afterward.

IMO, wait until he's 18 and then give him the death sentence (if that's possible).

 

A lot of people have a lot of hate towards there parents(possibly the parents abused him when he was young, just total cunts in general) or the kids just a fucking skitzo.
