Was banned for account sharing.

No where in the rules does it say it's against the rules therefore the ban is unfair. Below all of the rules it said by Finn: "Interacting on two or more accounts: you are strongly advised not to create more than one account at Sythe.org, but, if you do, ensure that the accounts do not interact. If they do, you will be permanently banned.

It "Replaced" account sharing, meaning the rule against it does not exist anymore. Before I joined this was posted there.

I had no intentions to break any rules.
I even read the rules before I signed up to make sure it wasn't against the rules.

I've spent the last few months reporting spam / scammers when I've seen them.
I've donated 300$ out of my own pocket to support Sythe.
I've done plenty of successful trades with a few trusted people.
Only 1 scam report filed against me, which was by an imposter.

I was reported by a person who joined the site literally today, who I started talking to after I gave them a warm welcome. Almost instantly after talking to him I noticed something strange.
Kept asking me how to get quick vouches / vouches from me. I just told them either sell something to someone, or buy something from someone.

They decided they wanted to buy a mining account for 200k. So we went ahead and started doing the trade. During the trade he traded me x2 what I was asking for. He was also refusing the accept the account aslong as I gave him a vouch.
I told him I did not sell vouches, and he was to take the account and if he didn't want it he could just not use it.

This striked me as odd, like he was trying to make it so he did not receive the account. So he is able to make a scam report against us (If we did not tell him to keep the account.)





In the past week I've had people try to slander my name and make me look bad.
Which makes me think this is what this person is doing. ( I could be wrong however.)

Now about how this can be solved without me being permanatley banned... For a reason one could not realise is against the rules as it's not on the rule list.
I've even stated a few times on sythe that I do this, yet nothing happened :/.

An unban with TwC and one of us makes a new account. Which can be proved with log-in logs (I'm fairly sure you can monitor this.)
A change of password, and a new Email.

(Personally I still don't understand why we even deserve this but if that's what it takes to keep the account the okay.)

I know most people can't understand, nor really care about other people that you don't really know. But losing 300$ to a community that you actually were hoping to be apart of and being banned from oblivious to the rule of no sharing accounts kinda sucks >.>
Also leaves me with abunch of Runescape things that I don't even need and was hoping to sell. So I'm out like 600$.

Please don't ban someone over a rule that wasn't even posted..
Especially someone who obviously showed interest in the community and attempted to keep it clean as hard as they could without any mod status.

I could have sworn I seen someone else that was well known / trusted talking about how they account shared, and I'm trying to dig it up right now and i'll post on this if I can find it.

Hopefully we can sort this out, if not the bye I guess :/.

I was acting on instructions regarding this ban, and for the record I don't believe anything you were doing can be considered suspicious, and I support an un-ban pending different accounts are made.

 

Alright Lym, make a 2nd account and then re-dispute with the name of it and you will be unbanned. Any objections just send a PM, thanks
